Lotto lunch for deputies and senators
where they will draw a ticket to see what part of the world they 'represent',
and consequently what they will get to eat for lunch. Thus, some deputies
will receive a relatively substantial meal, and others might only
get a bowl of cold rice. The rationale behind the event is to highlight
inequities in the world trading system, and the man-made reasons for
the lack of access to food in many parts of the world.
